•       Refund Policy - If cancelled within one month of event date, deposit will not be refunded but partial refund or balance will remain for future events.  We save the date for you in exchange we do not take any clients we do not have a team for, this is why you will be required to let us know of cancellation of event a month before for a full refund of deposit other wise partial refund or balance will remain for future events.

•       We are not responsible for family/friends’ interference in event that hinders the performance of our team - If family guests/family members/customer inteferes with the progress of our work during an event it will cause us to miss out on crutial footages/shots, clients will be alerted if any inteference occurs that hinders the performance of the crew.  

•       Delivery time may vary - A notice will be posted to you in case of any delays. Early Delivery is additional charge. 

•       We currently do not provide DVDs or CD copy of the event - We currently delivery edited materials through google drive link / cloud systems / flash drive upon request  

•       Damages to company equipment by event guests/members will be liable for coverage by host - Any damages to our equipments hinder us to do future events, damaged items by any guest or customer will have to be repaired/replaced/recovered.

•       Local Transportation is Free - New York City excludes transportation costs. Other cities such as New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Upstate New York include transportation & hotel costs if required. 

•       Revisions can only be corrected maximum of 2 times - Revisions are allowed twice (unless exceptions are made) and you must let us know within two weeks of delivery as we have to recycle files and have space for future events. Revisions will be voided after the two weeks.

•       Payment is required at the finish of the event (Day of the Event)  - Grace period 1-3 days, payment should be given at the finish of the event or maximum of three days after, this will ensure the delivery of edited material is on time. If the payment is delayed, we cannot pay our editors and will cause delays in the work to be delivered.

•       Any links provided must be downloaded within 3-6 months, these links are only temporary. We are not responsible for any lost/unsaved projects after the time frame - All files should be downloaded as soon as possible, we have to recycle files after a certain term to keep space for newer events, if you have any issues downloading any links/files please contact us immedietly for alternatives.

•       Venues that require insurance must be notified to us 2 weeks in advanced - There is an extra $150 charge for insurance, as our insurance vendors charge us for adding a policy to the venue/location. 

•       Events are covered up to 5 hours. Overtime is $150/hr per Cameraman - Typical events at venues are usually 5 hours long, we cover the entire 5 hours and also include 1-2 hours special complimentary same-day preshoot. Different date pre-shoot is additional charge as we are required to save the date for you and unable to take other jobs.

•       We reserve all rights to our productive works. To have special privileges and sole ownership for our work there is an added fee upon request (Raws & Privacy Rights) - We are able to give a better pricing on our packages compared to relative markets mainly because we are able to post for our portfolio and help other couples find what they are looking for as well as grow as a company, for the right of privacy in which we do not post any of the event content on our social media pages or websites we have to charge the added fee of $250 for privacy, and also for the raw files there is a $250 fee for raws included in a flashdrive or google drive link. 

•       Advanced deposit of 25% is required for booking - This is required to save the date for the event, we have to save a slot for your special day which requires us to decline other jobs. Please confirm with deposit as early as possible to confirm the events.
